- Community revitalization
• Eliminate truck route through Second Ward• Work with Hudson Police Department and other law enforcement agencies to keep the people of the Second Ward safe.

• Work with city, county, and state officials to create more employment opportunities and better-quality housing.

- Renewal of the PILOT (Payment in Lieu of Taxes) for Hudson Terrace apartments, which permits that housing to remain available to low-income residents
